Which ProClip phone holder for Ballistic Nylon Droid Turbo?

Hi. I am looking at ProClip phone holders for use with my Ballistic Nylon version of the Motorola Droid Turbo.

ProClip told me that they don't have a model for the Ballistic version, so they suggested looking at their Universal Holders - http://goo.gl/8GTMZO I'm not sure which is best.

Does anyone have a ProClip holder and are using it with a Ballistic version of the Turbo? Which ProClip model are you using and what do you think of it?
