What did you do to ur Gen III Prius today????

Over the weekend I met up with @nivlac915 and picked up his old oem spoiler and replaced mine. Turns out previous owner broke an important piece off, which made my spoiler very wobbly.

I also picked up @dle's Modellista lip! Gonna repair and repaint soon.

 

Bought the lip for the big fat $50 bucks huh lol jk

 

Spotted a prius with carbon fiber hood heading en route to Hanauma bay in Hawaii while I was on vacation

 

That was a straight up lowball offer, he knew it, I knew it - no way was he (other person) going to get the satisfaction. I'm glad it went to someone else.

Didn't go cheap on this spoiler...I picked mine up from jpusaco.com for $220 plus $30 for shipping. There is no gap at all...the spoiler is end to end. And the taillights were professionally sprayed with black paint and 2 coats of clear then baked. It's pretty dark but the light shines through pretty well...in the photo depicts lights turned on and knock on wood I have not been pulled over yet.

Thanks homie! Can't wait to install the Coilovers and led mirrors next.

No, I don't have a CF hood, but I've seen that prius out here before. Plus mines been in the shop getting my air installed

 

Made a date for Wed the 7th, with All Pro Audio in Santa Clara, to have my audio system upgrades installed.

Hello! I'm new, just scrolling through these pages and looking at everything. Congrats on the 100k miles. In regards to repairs/maintenance how has the car performed? I just purchased a 2015 II a few days ago and absolutely love it thus far. Am interested to see how well it performs over time.

Any follow up on this?

 

Installed my TRD Front emblem.

 

I had the TRD front emblem on. But after 4-5 months I notice rust was building up. They use cheap screw. I would recommend rust protect the screws. Just an idea.

 

Nice! How much do those run? man this forum is terrible it makes me spend so much money. Haha

More progress at the shop and dropped my front lip off for paint still need to pull my rear fenders a little more for the wheel to tuck and have the rim sit pretty on the lip. Shown in photos the fender is just sitting on the wheel, also adjusting the front adding more camber to have the fronts tuck and adjusting the coils on the front to have it sit a whole lot lower when aired out. Looks so ugly when it's aired up haha.

 

That shift knob definitely fits the center control color (black) a lot better than that OEM blue!

 

Love those LEDs where do you get those from? I'm telling you guys this forum is sick with mods. It makes you spend more but makes you proud having a prius.
