I was rear-ended on a late November raining morning on the freeway driving between 60-65 MPH from a guy who claimed he fell asleep. He must have hit me 10 to 15 MPH more nearly caused my car to spin out but I was able to control it. The only damage is....rear bumper...not to mention few days of neck sore but nearly a month of back pain which is nearly healed now. After my 2012 Prius C was repaired to a tune of $3,100ish (they found hidden damage beyond rear bumper). After I got my car back and in the last 3 weeks I noticed mpg sucked (compared to the usual driving in the past 2 1/2 years!!!!) ALSO....the screen info is missing 5 minute graphs and the settings are grayed out except time, date (I can't change anything, even comparison mpg from old car!) I did notice some changes to it so I was wondering if repair shop upgraded it because it is without my knowledge! ugh! Thoughts?
Likely battery was disconnected and killed all your settings, as well as customization to the screen look.
