Specs for Bridgestone Driveguard 205/50/17 sized tire - 26 lbs, treadwear 460, max pressure 50 psi...
Specs for Bridgestone Ecopia Ep422 205/50/17 sized tire - 22 lbs, treadwear 480, max pressure 50 psi...
Specs for OEM Yohohama Avids 195/65/15 sized tire - 18 lbs, treadwear 320, max pressure 44 psi...
Specs for Continental Control Contact Sport 205/50/17 - 19lbs, treadwear 540, max pressure 51 psi...

I decided to go with Continental Control Contact Sport tires, a non-run flat tire - these tires are 7lbs lighter per-tire than the Bridgestone Driveguards which will help maintain some fuel economy as I've upsized to 17in ten spoked rims from the original 15in ten spoked rims.

That looks very nice-are those the LExus CT200h wheels? Where did you come up with the tire size? The CT uses 215/45R17.

Thanks :). Yes, they are CT200h rims. I decided to go with 205 series tires as I wanted a wider tire than the standard 195s that came stock on the car, but not as wide as the 215s that come stock on CT200hs and Prii with trim level 5. Using a tire size calculator I found that 205/50R17 is very close to 195/65R15, my spedometer now shows the correct speed with this tire size.

Below is a comparison between the stock 15in PIP rims and the 17in CT200h rims.

    Thanks for the info!

The tire sidewalls are even with the rims, and are not stretched inward as they get farther from the rim and closer to the tread?

Here's a side profile pic of the tire - the tire has a slight taper as you go towards the tread. My neighbor has a CT200h with 215/45R17s - I'll take a look see to see how the taper looks on her wheels.

The CT200h rims are 17x7", and approved rim widths for this tire in 205/50R17 range from 5.5 - 7.5 inches. Approved rim widths for this tire in 215/45R17 range from 7.0 - 8.0 inches.
