noise

    This is the second night in a row that we hear a noise coming from the back of the car. I know that some noises are normal but this is after the car is stopped/parked in the garage for some 5 hours. Any ideas?

    emission check or something, pretty sure it's in the o/m. first time you happen to hear it it's like, 'what the what'? car's talking' to me.(n)

    follow the noise and see where it leads you. maybe it's a rat calling out for help

    100% normal. It is the sound of a pump performing a fuel evaporation leakage check that happens 5 hours after last driven. See the Owner's Manual for details.
