Inverter coolant pump relay

    is there a pic of the relay pulled and "jumped" to energize pump (to bleed system) on this site for reference purposes?

    Just make the Prius IG-ON and power will be supplied to the inverter coolant pump.

    thanks, took care of it but now when heat is on "max heat' it blows cold for 10-15 minutes if car is cold. In the past, it never came om until the ICE coolant was warmed up.

    The inverter coolant system is completely separate from the engine coolant loop, from which the cabin heating is derived. I think you are talking about the relay that runs the CHRS pump.

    Getting all the air out of the engine coolant loop is more of a job. Plenty of posts about it here.

    Yeah, all the air is out of the inverter loop. but still have to get more out of ICE loop. did not have this problem @ 100,000 service
