I just bought a 2015 Prius Three, not III because Roman Numerals were used for model year 2010, yesterday and was wondering if I got a good deal. I'm in Northwest Ohio so I don't know if that changes the price that much. Anyway, I bought mine for $22,795 before tax. Just wondering if that was a really good deal. The salesman told me that was the cheapest that he has ever sold one for. I was told because it was black Friday and the end of the month they wanted to move vehicles so they gave me a really good deal. However, I'm sure everyone probably gets that line. So I thought I'd check with you guys. Thanks.
Did you run a true cars price, I think that what it comes out at least here in Northern Virginia. I'm planning on purchasing a 2015 Prius 2, the true car price $21687 + $500 processing fee + TTL. So, that's a fair price if you do not want to haggle, the true cars is a good starting point for negotiation. The prius 2 hatchback MSRP is $25250; I'm trying to negotiate down $21000 with processing fee + TTL, so about $22,000 OTD. That includes to $1000 incentive. Is that a fair price? Ohioprius, did you take the. $1000 incentive or 0% financing?
The MSRP is $25,765. Then they add $225.00 for capet floor Mats & Cargo Mats and $825.00 Delivery Processing and Handling Fee for a total of $26,815.00. I did look it up on TrueCar, but maybe I'm not using it correctly. It says the average Paid is $24,633 and Factory Invoice is $25,285. Is there a way to see what the lowest people paid in my area? Oh, I forgot, there was a $1000 incentive, plus another $500 incentives. I guess because of Black Friday? Both were applied.
That's a great price, pricing and incentives are regional. Congrats and enjoy. Planning on pulling the trigger today on the Prius 2.
You got a good price, they are cheap now because of falling oil prices, enjoy the ride and the gas savings.
I'm pretty sure I got a good deal. I went through Costco. They have arrangements with dealers in town. The price (including window tinting) for a 2015 Prius Two was 21098. Tried to negotiate but they were pretty firm. So I smiled and said I gotta knock you down a bit....so 21,000 out the door. The sales manager laughed and said ok. That price was before tax and registration. Rebates were 1000 Costco, 2000 Toyota Rebate.....
I helped a Friend last Friday buy a 2015 HB model 2 for $19,700 plus tax and license. Now that was a good deal!
