on the 16 inch wheels the dont come with it. i believe it is 17 and above. also here are the stamps in the back some of you have asked for. I know its cheap, but dont mistaken it for fake lol. i need to get rid of these because i will be selling the car soon. also i will have some TRD springs avail soon. thanks
