Why do people remove these things to sell? It's like removing the radio when you sell the car, it shouldn't be done as it's part of the car
Meh... I took mine out in day one, and probably will never put it back. It just takes up valuable cargo space, so why not sell to someone who can use it?
as far as I know, these things come with all the Prius cars. Only prius that are missing them are the ones that have been removed and sold. Wouldn't need to buy them if people didn't take them out and sold them
I think I would leave it, if I was trading in.... That being said, in a "Trade In" scenario, you aren't going to get any more or less for the vehicle, with or without them. For me, it's a matter of being "nice" for the next owner. Even if technically I can remove them? I'm just going to leave them. Now if the vehicle has been totaled? Then I say, pull everything of value you can.
