It looks like you are fairly new to PriusChat, so...FYI, this topic is in Fred's House of Pancakes because it's a forum that has nothing to do with anything Prius (well, except that most of us have one!).

Answer no. But not because of Martin Sheen> I don't know what went on, but there are some obvious errors. The accepted (and Nova program) explanation doesn't make sense. The temps couldn't have been hot enough to cause the meltdown of the tower floors to cause them to pancake straight down. The MIT prof's own engineering students refuted this theory. It is not easy to get a building to collapse in it's own footprint. It did not happen from the jet collisions alone. Most of the professionals firemen working to evacute the towers heard multiple interior explosions many floors below. The maintenance people working in the basement heard 2 huge explosions in the basement. This is in the 911 record. Where did this come from. And there is no way that building #7 collapsed on it's own footprint without human intervention. Unfortunately we'll never know the details except from news camera footage because the govt. whisked away all evidence to "China!" before detailed forensics by engineering teams could take place. That is a crime, why was it commited?

I've worked with photography and imagery most of my life. The FBI published photos of the Pentagon crash that were supposed to be from the security cameras in the nearby parking lot are totally (and badly) doctored. The lighting is wrong and maniputlated. Why? I don't know, but where there is smoke....

 

well you may have a point there. for implosions, the towers did a very good job. hard to believe it wasnt engineered that way.

I just saw a great documentary online a couple of days ago. It is titled Loose Change and it is quite possibly one of the best 9/11 documentaries out there... You may disagree with some of its points (as noone seems to fully agree with any 9/11 documentary) but it will really give you pause to think either way. I believe our govt. would say anything to make us believe their version of 911. That goes for just about any other important national matter.

not having a sense of patroitism is a thing that many people choose not to confront. i dont believe the government did something wrong in order to hurt the american people. im sure they thought they were doing the right thing and sometimes sacrifices have to be made.

people die all the time. tragedies happen. maybe they saw no other easy way to git er done. it did barely give the president enough momentum to get what he wanted, but just barely. we ALMOST immediately realized that patriot act was a mistake...
