Just traded my 2006 Prius for a 2015 Pip. I've noticed that the seat in the Pip sits lower. In my old Prius, my arm rested comfortably on the door sill of the open window, and my eyes were at the center of the windshield. With the Pip, I am noticely lower. Not as comfortable resting arm on door will, and eyes not at center of windshield. I'd like to raise my seat up. There are no controls on my basic pip to do this. Has anyone else discovered is issue and posted solutions? I've searched a bit and have seen some lowering, but not specifically to raise. Any help/suggestions?
Your seat should be 6-way adjustable. Forward/back/raise seatback/recline seatback/height up/height down. Height adjustment is the lever on the left closest to the front of the car. If you're saying that the seat in its highest position is too low for you, then add a pillow or eat a lot of fast food to grow a bigger butt.
That's why I like this forum - folks have a sense of humor. Figured it out. never imagined you could "pump" the seat up with the handle! Cheers, Tweldon
