Yokohama Avid ascend tires for Prius C w/15" rims?

    There is a thread on this site where the Bridgestone Ecopia 422 tire is upheld as a superior tire to the OEM Bridgestone tires, and this is reflected in Tire Rack's crowd sourced ratings.
    I noticed there is a Yokohama Avid Ascend that is even more highly rated than the Ecopia 422 in Tire Rack's surveys.
    Anybody here have any experience with them?

    Yes, just bought a pair this week. Love the ride and handling improvement over the OEM bridgestones. They are rated for 51psi max and I am running them at 44 and noticing no difference in mileage still 48-53 average. Prius C 3

    What specific tire are you referring to, by "OEM Bridgestone"? Ecopia EP20??

    my 2014 c3 came with Bridgestone Turanza EL400. I just installed Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 PLUS they came out in March 2015 and have replaced the EP-422 which had a 65,000 mile warranty. The Plus has a 70,000 mile warranty.

    I have the Yokohama's on my C, they ride nicely and handle well.
