    Perhaps now you understand the emphasis on neat handwriting. Once sent a hand written response letter to a client regarding a substantial IRS decision letter (yes poor decision to write, but desperate times, desperate measures) and had them misinterpret a number by an amount that, well let's just say I learned not to leave anything to chance again.
