I recently bought a 2014 prius and im trying to get headlights to match the stock fog lights. The fog lights look like there HID or LED and the headlights are plain. Does anyone know what HID setup will match the fogs. Any help is appreciated.
Im actually looking to change the headlight bulbs to try and match the color of the fog lights. But i know the HID kits come in defferent colors so im trying to find the one that matches the best.
Fog lights are not stock on the 4, as far as I know. So they're some sort of aftermarket kit I would think.
Those are the DRLs that's why there is confusion. Foglights, if you had them, would be in the lower grill. In addition, those DRLs don't stay lit when your headlights are on unless you rewire them. SCH-I535
This is a great HID retrofit kit that many Prius Chat members have installed: Toyota Prius HID Xenon Headlight Package Deal - Toyota Prius HID Lights The color will be that distinct bluish-white that you see in high-end vehicles. Like others have said the LED running lights you're talking about are automatically turned off when the headlights are on. Mod
4300K will be a pure white. 6000K will have a slight blue tint like Toyota's stock HIDs and LEDs. Pick your poison
