It's here! I had the Pioneer AVIC-8000NEX installed a few months back in anticipation of Pioneer's firmware update for CarPlay support. Specs: 2010 Prius III with JBL Amp (previously had OEM nav) AVIC-8000NEX installed + CarPlay firmware Steering wheel adapter to preserve volume, track, voice and call buttons Voltage adapter for stock backup camera to work JBL amp adapter Harness (that I think could look better...any suggestions?)
Would love to hear more JT! I'm having trouble installing mine. Mechanic says he can't get the backup camera to work, something about it being hard-wired... I live in Hong Kong, he doesn't speak great English and I don't speak great Cantonese so it's a fun exercise in figuring it out -- but help would be appreciated!
