I placed order #21440 on 17Avg2014 for 1 x Hybrid Battery Preventative Maintenance Grid Charger for 2004-2009 Toyota Prius (Grid Charger Options: Discharge Ready) via Priuschat Shop. In the same day I paid $433.00 for it via Paypal. This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment and it is not change since. I sent three emails to Priuschat Shop but still not received any answer at all. This is not normal! What to do now?
