A friend of mine recently purchased a Prius IV w solar sunroof and upgraded NAV system. She said it was 29,205 before taxes and other charges. I thought it was a fair deal.
Was this a good final deal? 2014 new prius two, base model red color with backup cam and floor mats added, nothing else (~550 in options) . Msrp 25,560 Purchase price 19250 Otd w/ ttl 19950
We Just bought our Prius 2 (2014) 22.050 before tax. (it only had mats).. i thought we had a great deal but looking at those number we could have paid $1k less
You did not get a bad deal. Don't look back. You have a nice car that will give you many trouble free miles. Just enjoy it.
Thanks and you are so right! I also forgot to add we got it with 0 percent so that might be the reason for the bigger gap..
I bought a new 2011 Prius Two in 2011 at the time of the Japanese Tsunami and sky high gas prices in the Chicago area. No Prius was available. I had to order one. I had to pay sticker price of$25,000. It is what it is.
This has been a useful thread. I can't see paying over $21,000 for a Prius II, with 0% financing. This would include the $1000 rebate available right now WITH the 0%. $1,500 without.
Highly depends on where you are. I don't think that kind of deal can still be found in California right now.
Are there still a lot of 2014 Prius Liftbacks available? With the 1500 incentive, just wanted to know if $22k OTD was something feasible right now on a 2014 Prius Two in California.
I don't have graphs and charts but my assumption is maybe a little...?? That being said each dealership still owns the cars for a price point... And can only stand to lose so much if they decide to lose anything at all.... This is of course post mfgr. Incentives and discounts.. But even so they are a business and make business decisions to benefit the business as such.
