Hi All, do we have automatic locking in prius base 2007 model, yesterday i was driving with my friend family , fried daughter 7 years old, she suddenly tried open back door, lucky door was not opened completely but i got beep that door is open, is there any way i can keep child lock or automatic locking for prius, this is my biggest concern and mot top priority to fix locking issue.
there are child safety locks on each door - you have to use a screwdriver or something to switch it over. So that means anybody sitting it the back will not be able to open the door that has the lock in place. Sometimes when I take the car to the car wash, they accidentally enable the switch. Most cars has these in place for four door cars
