Hi all, I've recently lost all audio from the car, no CD no FM/AM Radio, no Bluetooth and no SatNav voice. I'm wondering if one of the fuses needs replacing? But if it does I don't know which one it will be, the Prius owners manuals are not very descriptive are they. Would I be looking in the engine fuse box or the one in the compartment. And if someone could provide photos of what fuses to look at for the audio system I'd be very grateful. Its a 2007 Prius T-Spirit with the upgraded JBL sound system. Hope to hear back from someone soon. Cheers, Simon
t-spirit? we don't have those, but anyway, the wiring diagram doesn't seem to list which fuse is which, you will need to use a meter or test light on each fuse, or you can pull and inspect each fuse until you find a burnt one. I have both a Haynes and a Bentley service manual and neither one has a decent diagram of the fuse boxes. and it does appear that both boxes have fuses involved in the audio system. wish I had some better info.
30A "amp" fuse in the car. USA specs are under left side (drivers) dash above the parking brake. Don't know about UK spec.
I know over here on this side of the pond my car came with an owners with points out there the fuses are, I bet you have one buried in your glove box.... take a look, you can also download it, just Google!
