Hello! I'm thinking about selling my generation III's navigation system (model E7022). It is in perfect condition, no scratches or anything. I need to start paying back some loans and I don't actually use it much so I decided I would see if anyone out there would be interested. Thanks! Sun
This is funny... so you're selling off non-critical parts of your car to pay bills? Probably will have better luck on eBay.
Well I'm not desperate for money, I have a job and stuff. But everyone can use more cash and if I can sell it and obtain a cheaper system I'm all for that - I plan on keeping my Prius until it can't physically move anymore so there is no need for me to keep all of the OEM things I replace around. Even if my replacements break I would probably buy something else.
If your car has a JBL system I believe it should - I would double check to be safe. I can provide pictures upon request, it's in perfect condition.
I don't think that the oem nav is a plug and play into a non nav in a pro Gen 3. Fellow member robinson had one he was selling a few months ago and the number connectors in the back required a different wiring harness than my JBL system head unit.. I'm sure anything can be done with infinite $$, but the real "market" for this nav is someone with a similar model that went kaput. (technical term my local mechanic uses..... he is German and about 85 years old... very unclear what he did during the war, but he's still a great mechanic.) Good luck with sale.
I'm honestly not sure how it would work - I'm a computer and AML person, not a car person. I just figured I'd post it here before selling it on eBay.
Our 2012 model 4 has JBL and the smaller Navigation with Entune. If you can verify it fits with fairly little incremental costs, I'm happy to talk price. Thanks
