Just picked it up today. Love it thus far, though I'm getting irritated trying to enable entune. Ah well, must fiddle with it some more. I'm looking forward to learning a lot on this forum! astrid

Welcome and congratulations! After downloading Entune onto your phone, then make sure that you're also signed in and it's open on the phone too.
Lucky you Astrid. I've had my 2010 for over 5 years now. I can say very honestly that I've never had a car that after that amount of time I still enjoy as much as I did when it was new. And I've owned many over the years. Enjoy yours for a long time to come. Roland
we just purchased a Prius 3 (Package 3 option, not sure how it's named) and I agonized over Entunes...I thought I had my iphone (if you don't have and iphone, check book bc it may be different. Entunes book said for Apple owners, connected to usb port) connected but I had it connected to the cigarette lighter receptacle and not the USB receptacle. Once connected properly, Entunes worked fine...I could run all the apps and all navigation functions worked. I don't like to connect my iphone to a cable, bc I might forget and leave it in a hot car...if it is in the sun, the iphone could get hot enough to shutdown due to excessive heat. I had my iphone clipped to a holder on the windshield, left it in the car, and when I got back after a few minutes, the iphone showed that it had shutdown due to temperature.
