This year for To Go Before (the annual Prius enthusiast event) we're enlisting the help of local Toyota dealerships to help spread the word about the event to their Prius owners. I'd love your help to get your local Toyota dealership involved, and they don't have to be just around the Boston area. We want every Prius owner in New England to know about TGB4 in September, so we are asking dealerships in the region to send out a communication that we are crafting to their Prius owners. So, here's how you can help: Email your dealer contact (salesman, GM, whoever) a link to this thread, or the attached PDF. Let them know that there's no cost to them to help make TGB4 2014 a success unless they want a higher profile at the event. Reply to this thread with suggestions of dealerships we should contact to help out. Help us make this a great Prius enthusiast event!
Thanks @WilDavis - we're actually in Boston this week and are going to visit Toyota of Nashua today. We'll ask for Jim.
Just as soon as they can post it once everything is confirmed, rest assured, Danny and crew will get the news/info/specifics out to everyone.
Sounds like they are busy talking to people in Boston to spread the word about the event. WilDavis, Why worry about registration? Set aside the time from work and relax. You know you're going to go anyway, right?
Sure, but I've no idea where it is, at what time it might start, and how much it might cost for entry... ...but not knowing any of those minor details should not prevent me from going!
given this event will be walking distance from Acton Toyota, I'd have assumed they were involved. they did, i believe, participate in the prius chat PiP thing
Acton is helping us to market the event to their owners. The rest of the dealers we met with in the region weren't exactly interested in thinking of their customer's best interests. Requests from actual customers of their dealerships might help, though. Ask directly for the general manager and ask why they aren't helping to support getting people to TGB4.
