Hey all, i was just thinking that all of us prius owners on the peninsula (san mateo, burling game, hilsdale, redwoodcity, atherton, menlo park, halfmoon bay, palo alto, mountain view, and any other city near those that i have forgoten to mention), Should meet up and form a car club sharing stories adventures and our love for our prius's it would also be a good way to meet and hang out with felow like minded pzev driving peninsulites. so if any one thinks this is a good idea please respond to this poast -Chris 2k5 silver prius, Woodside CA B)
Sort of a sub-Bay Area group. We could try this. But do we have enough members to divide the Bay Area into more groups? It seems like we're trying hard enough just to get the BA group working. As long as the next meetup is on the Penninsula, it's kind of a moot point, right? Did you forget Santa Clara on purpose?? (just kidding -- surely everyone knows that even the City-owned cars are Prius' down here!)
I tried to make sub groups for the bay area. Unfortunelty we can't make folders as moderators... *shrug*.. i've asked Danny in the past, but he's a busy guy. I second what jbarnhart said.. we have a hard enough time with the general group. we don't have all that many active members. A while back i handed out flyers all over the peninsula. I guess it didn't work *shrug* Let's stick with the general group. This is why we do certain meets in certain areas.. to make it fair for everyone. Then we have a few people who go to all the meets no matter where they are.. such as the normal group that showed up in our Napa meet last year. *Shrug* was fun though...
well i know that there are a ton of people on the peninsula that have prius's so i think that a sub group could work ... so when u guys want to try to meet up ? i think it could be interesting to do so. but if not deffinetly a bay area one . speeking of that i should join that... heh
i would say join it.. we are descussing a meet right now.. er... everyones schedules are messed up.. haven't figured out a date. we do have a place though.. kinda... *shrug*
