Is Prius suitable for Pakistan?

In Pakistan only used cars from Japan r available. These r the JDM ones and that is why mine is a 10th anniversary edition, 10 years from it's date of launch in Japan. The sad part is everything is in Japanese and I ve been looking for a UK model which r rare to find here. I m trying to figure out how to post multiple pics. Hopefully I ve uploaded one successfully. I just right click and copy the picture I want and then paste. Seems to work well for me.

 

AOA friends, I am planning to import to a prius alpha from Japan. My concern - is the car suitable for driving on rough roads as I am in the construction field so have to visit construction sites almost every alternate day. I usually visit areas like Port Qasim, Karachi. Currently I have honda city and it goes through the rough roads if taken with little precautions
