    Sup everyone! just put a deposit on a prius today. Picking it up next wednesday.

    Already going through all these threads.

    @HAWAIIANBUILT your thread is amazing! Thanks for all the inspiration from all the other nice prius' on this forum! I'm definitely going to try to VIP out my prius. Slowly of course.... as budget allows.... lol

    Just bought a 2014 Prius Two last week. Loving it! My old truck got 14mpg and right now now my average is 55mpg. Im also experimenting to see if i can get that higher. (y)

    did you keep the truck as a work horse? and kept the prius for commuting?

    Dodge Ram 1500 engine blew so i got rid of it. I was tired of spending all that money on fuel anyway. Maybe a mixed blessing :)

    less gas consumption + less trips to the gas station + 50 mpg -huge parking space need for truck = Winner!

    Ha ha. Yeah. There are some helpful vídeos on you tube too if you google Prius Hypermiler.

    Yep. My friend has a Prius and is getting 40mpg. It is all how you drive. The pulse and glide works well.
