    I think I remember this car
    it was an Air Runner Project car to market their air suspension system

    Typically they were using 19" and 20" wheels
    many I saw and could identify where from Aimgain but JDM are a distinct possibility

    take a look at this thread, they look like the same wheels, and theres a logo
    or perhaps the author could help
