$1500 rebate for PiPs. Still, better than $0 here in Maine. I'm glad MA did it initially, maybe the rest of northern NE will eventually follow.

Yes, Maine is indeed a CARB state but it just doesn't have its act together as MA does when it comes to having the will politically to actually institute tougher standards. The current conservative governor recently proposed to drop out of the regional greenhouse gas initiative RGGI), expressed mild enthusiasm for climate change because it will open up the Northern Passage in the Arctic to shipping, and he also vetoed a recent popular solar panel rebate bill. Right now we're going the wrong direction, but I hope that the MA incentive will get something started.
