My prius 2010 gen II is giving bad mileage. I am getting 16.5 to 17 km/l. when i bought it (6 months ago) it was giving me about 22 to 25 km/l. And now it i not showing me the bar graphs , and green leaf car graph, which it was showing me when i bought it. I checked the battery by vehicle signal check . it gave me around 12.3v in the morning , after leaving off for a full night.

Despite your battery check, I'd still put my money on a weak 12 volt battery, assuming the battery is original, it's about time to replace it.
Are we talking about the Gen3 not Gen2? Anyways, I think you are talking about the overall average mph and not the mpg number. If you are talking about mph, that number is calculated based on how long your engine is on. So if you're stopped at a stop light, your average mph would decrease
Are you sure it is a GenII? Or is it a 2010 Model II, which is really a GenIII? The more of these questions you can answer, the more hints we will have to offer suggestions: Fuel economy complaints/queries? Please copy, paste & answer these questions, esp. if you're new The battery voltage sounds reasonable for a Prius.
M from pakistan. . And its gen2. . Yes ! Its japanese import. And in japan 2010 was the last year for gen2
