    I've heard bad things about the android ones for BMWs, but that was a few years ago. Hopefully they're better now. The general gist though was that they are buggy, not very smooth, and not very well thought out. Anyone know if these have gotten better?

    This has been asked several times without answer here. In theory, it sounds like it could be awesome. You could essentially have almost a turn key carPC. I have search around and there are very little reviews around the web. Maybe you can try it and let us know how it works for you:whistle:

    I did the jdm signal mirros mod, fog light install, radio replace with myron davis unit which sucks by the way and hid upgrade

    Ohhh just gotta take a 15hr flight and ill be over LOL.

    Looking at the description you just have to unplug the old radio and plug in new one.

    Oh your year over here is gen II. The gen 3 is easier. You take off the little panel for start then panel for the cup/radio then the little trim around radio

    I just purchased that Android 4.2 unit and ended up here looking for wiring diagrams.
    The unit seems to be pretty good quality. I purchased from that exact same site or one very similar to the link above.
    The seller said the unit came with a wiring harness but they don't match up to anything.

    My Prius has the "Technology Package" which I believe means it has more crap to hook up.

    I am hunting to find a set of plugs for the Tech Package harness so I don't have to cut any plugs off.

    Hmm didnt really think of that. Just thought of jbl or non jbl connections. Is yours jbl package radio?
