Does anyone have a phone number for them. I ordered an EV switch a week and a half ago and no reply. I've also emailed with no reply. Others reported prompt response.
Called the number, got their message machine. It said to contact them via email. Maybe they're on vacation (every one needs a week or two now and then).
I agree! I had really good results by using email as though I was communicating with proud parents who incidentally had a product to sell. This is not a big department store.
