Just wondering if I tint up my windows and my Windshield will that be effective enough to deal with that unwanted day light navigation screen glare?
I have 75% vlt windshield and it doesn't. Tint isn't supposed to have much reflectivity if any, here in CA at least, so all lowering of transmitted light has to be by other means. I believe there is a polarized tint out there which might work for light shining in overhead.
Not in my car. I've had tint on my car since the day I drove it off the dealership lot and I still can't use the backup cam in the middle of the day. I'm wondering if there's some sort of antiglare screen protector we can put over it.
I have 40% ceramic all around and air blue 80 on my windshield, there still is a glare on the navigation screen when the sun hits it right

I'm thinking of this for my 2012...anyone else have this and could give some feedback on it? Navigation Screen Sun Visor Hood for 2010-2011 Toyota Prius - PriusChat Shop
I cut down a screen protector for a tablet computer screen and put on mine. It helps a LOT with finger prints and dust attraction. I think it helps a tiny bit with glare......but that part might just imagination. I still have glare problems at time.
