Hi All, I am looking for prius4 2014, red color without sunroof in San Diego, CA area. I offer dealer $25,400 based on True Car estimate. I am not good at negotiation. Dealer is firm on 26500+Tax+DMV+DocFee which would be additional 10%. Should I accept the offer or what could be the best price for prius 4 2014.
Try two or 3 other dealers, stick to your price and see what happens, then pick the one with the best price. (hope you get your 25,400)
I'm on the other side of the county, but a basic prius 4 can be had through southeast Toyota dealers for $25,600+Tax+tag+title. That is an advertised price. I know it doesn't help you much being in California, but I figured it may be good to know what they're selling for on this side of the country. I purchased my prius two for advertised $21,598+tax+tag Deals can be had for new units this time of year for some reason. In the Southeast anyway.
I just purchased a 2014 Prius Three with sunroof in Blizzard Pearl for $23,892 + tax (capped at $300), title and tag. I am on the other side of the country so the market is different.
