Ha ha ha, no rockets, just fumes. That IS my tailpipe. Attached to a Magnaflow muffler on a custom axle back.

Says a guy who hasn't tried it, or driven or ridden in a car with it installed. I'll take my bump in power anywhere in the powerband they'll give it to me.

so does installing something like this cause any issues for the engine or other parts? does it void warranty?

Read up on warranty issues. To void a warranty the manufacturer/dealer must PROVE that the part you installed was the CAUSE of any other parts failure...

No check engine light, easy to install, worth the price. search online for the best price.

I got the intake for less than 225 shipped from a seller on eBay. I got my axle back exhaust made with magnaflow muffler and diesel tip for less than 200 total including parts and labor from a regular old exhaust shop. (Precision Muffler and brake In Milpitas CA)

That's just the tip. There's drainage where it meets the muffler outlet

    Just the tip...

When I was a kid, it was all about a jacked up rear end. I had air shocks on the back of a black '72 Satellite.

This is a '72 Satellite Sebring. Mine had the targa top, these same Chrysler sport wheels, and the chrome mirrors, but was all black. Now imagine this one with air shocks air up and the butt sticking up in the air. There would be many rude jokes nowdays...

Lots of rake is ALWAYS better than @$$ dragging that so many pickups seem to love nowadays.

And when the air leaked out of the shocks, I had the @$$ dragging style. Double the value...

I had no speed parts though, other than sticky tires and dual exhaust. I don't begrudge speed parts, I've had a few myself. I grew up and rode in or drove some pretty awesome cars: 64 GTO, 68 Chevelle SS 396, 70 Cuda, 68 Camaro, 69 Camaro, 350 Vega wagon, 350 Vega hatch, 69 Cutlass 350, Cutlass 442 w/455, 70 Chevelle SS, 68 Road Runner 383, 88 IROC-Z 305HO, and my own 350/350 98 Z28. I simply wonder if speed parts could be of any use on an atkinson-ized wheezing weakling of a motor.

But, I also understand the I-gotta-change-something-but-this-Prius-is-all-I-have thing. Run whatcha brung, and beat the next guy running the same thing.

Yeah, I've driven many a fast car yet the fastest I ever owned was a NA mkiii supra. HEAVY sucker. cruised along quite well at 150 plus though! :) I see bikes as both fast and economical, most cars have a lot of compromise or only one or the other.

your priC really has some pic up! There's no doubt in my mind that is faster than my stock when I'm getting on the freeway. Getting an exhaust and k&n filter, going to look into this bad boy too.
