i just read the long thread about green sticker in CA. and looks like some people are still getting green stickers after 40,000th one. i just bought a PIP last saturday and was shocked to find out all 40k stickers were gone. to be honest, green sticker was my only reason for buying a PIP for my 70+ miles daily commute. green sticker would actually save me not only 30 min out of my 2.5 hour commute but also save a lot of Fasttrack cost on express lanes. i am going to apply for it today (since i just got the license tag number) but i don't know if i'd get one.
