Hello all! Earlier this month I bought a beautiful 2010 Blizzard Pearl Prius IV with solar package, and someone totaled it 14 days later while he was speeding in front of my son's school. So now I'm here to introduce myself as the proud new owner of a 2014 Barcelona Red Prius Four with solar package! 2010 has 68000 miles when I bought it, this one has 68000 fewer!
Awesome! I have a 2013 four with solar package. The solar package is such a great upgrade too. Have fun with this amazing car! SAMSUNG-SM-N900A ?
Hope this one last you better than the last one, ha ha. but seriously hope no one was hurt. and hope this car is great for you. I love both of our toyota hybrids.
congrats and welcome! made lemonade from lemons. we live across from an elementary school. supposed to be 30mph and 20 during school, but most people go 50 and some of the worst offenders are parents. all the best! congrats and welcome! made lemonade from lemons. we live across from an elementary school. supposed to be 30mph and 20 during school, but most people go 50 and some of the worst offenders are parents. all the best!
We were both ok, and I'm giving Toyota credit for that. I went to see the wrecked one today (it had a cargo net!) and the way it absorbed the impact is incredible. The frame took quite a hit. Noticed improvements on 2014 over 2010 (both Prius IV with solar) : touchscreen interface is much improved (though I don't really care about Entune), HUD is awesome, I've wanted one since I saw it on the M5 second cup hold instead of weird slide-to-open center console three-door smart key (like my RL) improved graphics on the MID (right screen on dash) HD radio (though with iPod and XM I'm not likely to use it much) I don't think the 2010 steering wheel was wrapped in SofTex buttons on steering wheel have been rotated so up and down arrows are stacked vertically instead of horizontally power seat (assuming passenger side is manual, haven't looked) this one doesn't really count, but cargo area carpet isn't missing on the new one (I didn't know it was missing until I got the 2014) Did I miss anything? I'm not including the exterior changes, but it does look sportier.
we had two. i traded in my leased 2012 model two prius. it was seafoam green. now we just have a 2013 persona prius in black. i kinda miss mine now. the crv is good though.
What is the persona model? I saw it as a trim option when pricing on Edmunds. Also, traded my new prius in for a 5.7L 4x4 Tundra. Much better suited for my needs. Now my RL can be the comparative gas saver at 20MPG on premium!
Using my Google Fu, it looks like the Persona is essentially a Prius 3.5? What is it missing from the IV?
