Anyone know if there are chrome turn signal bulbs for the Prius? I saw this video (Volvo) and they look neat. They still emit an orange when blinking, but when off, it's a cleaner look:
I used them in my 2010 and 2012 Prius. I bought them on ebay cheap... Just get the right size that the Prius takes. I forget the size but it's in the manual.
I had the Philips Silver Vision before I upgraded to Valenti lights and Revier corner lamps, but they may be difficult to find. Cheap no-name bulbs off ebay can work but a few members have mentioned brightness or reliability issues with them.
Yeah, I had the silver vision in my 2010 but they are harder to find and more $. I got the ebay ones after and no problems with them, thankfully.
Thanks. I wonder why these bulbs are difficult to find. I'll need to remove the front bumper to replace these bulbs?
I've had great success with the ones from Autolumination.com Had them in my xB for five years without bulb failure. Bought sets for front and rear indicators on the Prius and I'm happy with em, way cheaper too.
