I am in the process of converting my Turn Bulbs to LED and will be investing in a Flasher Relay. However, I I have read that this disables the lock/unlock blinkers. Has anyone figured out if there is a way to keep the blinkers working while locking and unlocking the car (without the use of load resistors and the existing flasher relay). I want to LED lightings to mimic oem incandescent bulb functionality. Regards. J
I'm 99% sure the only way that you're going to get it to function properly is with LEDs that already have resistors. It'll make things much easier than having to replace the whole flasher relay.
