I noticed that in my Prius 3 2013 in both fenders some bolts are missing or never were installed? I'm attaching a picture. If that's the case, can any one point me to what I should be putting there?

I went to AutoZone and got these ones They worked perfectly. For the record, if you are looking for a body shop in South Florida avoid this one: Lexus of Pembroke Pines 16150 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 (954) 443-2020 They did a crappy work, missing emblems, missing pins and the bumper and fender were not well align. I understand that all these were cosmetic issues but a body shop is all about cosmetics and full restauration.
I've reviewed body work we've had done, and found stuff like sheared-off bolt heads. Likely they were driving the bolts with some power tool. And of course we keep going back to them. Basically because they do good paint match, they're on the whole pretty good, they're nearby, and they're the "devil we know", I guess. <<<Note to moderators: it doesn't seem possible to upload images right now. Yep, last two days I have tried to load photos, with no luck with two diffrent computers, desk top vista and laptop xp. The following error occured - undefined. no other message was given.
