I see, so would you say going with 8" wheel would not require any shaving? Also, do you have a camber kit?

I want to drop mine, but this is my daily and my drive is not short.

8" wheels with offset 45 or higher would work without fender works........

I have the front camber bolts.. rears are stock.... (fronts are on-1.5 camber and rears as it sits are on -1)

    I also have a 100 mile commute everyday... :D

Wow! Do you have a clear bra? I've only had the car for 2weeks and there's already 3 chips! Damn Toyota paint...

no clear bra... decided not to because initially I was just leasing the car.... after the 3 years lease I decided just to keep it.....

I lost count on how many paint chips I have due to road hazards :D ..... I don't worry much about stone/rock chips....etc.. it's part of commuting hehehe.. ;)

not mod related but thought I would share......

this happened earlier on my way home (video is from my dashcam.....) ... we had the green light and as we were crossing the intersection this happened:

I'm not sure on why the pick up truck did not see that he had a red light and he was coming in pretty fast.... had he swerved the other way he would have hit me instead of the car in front of me.....

    btw.... both drivers are ok.....

Most people's natural inclination would be to swerve away from/toward the direction the traffic is going.

    Glad both are okay.

That's terrible. Sometimes it scares me to drive with my kids in the car with all the big trucks in my area and the Prius being so small and all.

would have been ugly... his truck being lifted and my car lowered... the impact would have been almost to my cars windows if that was me......

driver of the pick up truck does not look drunk.... theory was he was probably texting and it was too late for him to see that his light turned red......

yup.... too close... and I'm just thankful that it did not hit me and no one was seriously hurt.....

Car looks great! I have the same color in a 2012 hatch Model five. I have the same lip coming in today and was wondering how the fit was on it, did u have to make any adjustments to the lip and how to attached it? Especially around the front...3m tape?

Do you have the yellow vynal over top of your headlights?
