I have a standard Prius 3 with 15" wheels and I'm shopping aftermarket wheels. I'll probably go with 15" again. I don't understand what changing the wheel offset would do. I think my stock Prius wheels are +45 offset. If I purchase wheels with +35 offset will the wheels stick out more? I don't want that, I prefer to have them under the car like stock. I cannot find info on what changing the offset would look like. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Wheel offset is stamped on the inside of the wheel. You can check the TireRack.com for 15" Prius wheels and most will have the factory offset.
