I'm not sure what you're asking re plug-in mods. Please elaborate. About "one ' ... fillup' ..." That will depend on what kind of driving you're doing. I have had over 500 miles on a 'full' tank and, more often, ~400-450. I have had a few tanks, very few, of less than 400.
