I am looking at a 2013 and 2014 same options, does anyone have opinions one which model would be better? Is there that much of a difference in the horsepower that I will notice?

2013 and 2014 models are identical; I would get the 2013 (actually, I did get a 2013 instead of a 2014 a few weeks ago).
I have the same question a few months ago and I ended up with 2014 pack3. Everything is the same but the title is 2014 vs 2013 iPhone ?
There's a difference with regards to the new IIHS small front overlap test. This is the reason I went for a 2014 made after Nov. 2013 model. It was the deciding factor in not getting a Prius C (which I really wanted), or a screaming deal on a 2013. quote from IIHS " Beginning with 2014 Prius and Prius Plug-in models, the front structure was modified and the side curtain airbags were lengthened to improve occupant protection in small overlap frontal crashes. Then, starting with 2014 cars built after November 2013, the 15-inch alloy wheels standard on most models were sourced from a single supplier to provide a more controlled crush during the small overlap test (note: information about when a specific vehicle was manufactured is on the certification label typically affixed to the car on or near the driver door)."
