Because the car had Certified Toyota stickers all over it and now they tell me it wasn't sold as a Certified vehicle. They wanna charge me $108.00 to tell me why the check engine light is on and I've had the car less than 30 days.

I thought most cars being sold from major dealers have a 30 days warranty, regardless if it's certified or not?

don't pay it, you probably just have a loose gas cap.

speak with the guy that sold you the car and have him/her correct the problem with the dealership

But then she'll have to go back for repair and still pay the fee. Unless we are talking a loose gas cap. The dealership should really do the right thing and fix the issue and check it out for free

Do you have any pictures or papers showing it was shown as certified??
As such it is 50$ per visit.
If not I would contact Toyota factory reps and inform them of the dealers deceptive practices. I'm sure they will be very interested!!!

No,unfortunately I don't have anything.I have already made two complaints to Toyota.I did leave one of the owners of the dealership and he called me back yesterday. I'll keep y'all informed.
