Being just recently purchasing my 06,the seller handed me this recall at the closing. It is actually a follow up notice. Plan to go in dealer and see what's up this week. Just wanted to see if anyone else got this notice, if so what happened at the dealer. I hope I have this posted in right place. View attachment 62733
I haven't taken my 05 in for that recall yet. If the steering shaft hasn't failed after nine years and 216K miles, I don't see how it will. I will have this recall done before I sell it.
That's cool, mechanic told me years ago it is bad for power steering to really be turn all the way one way or the other, really hard. Have seen people do it.
