Just wondering if this is a good deal. I'm looking at a 2010 Prius iv with leather, premium nav, solar roof and led headlights. It has 79, 000 miles on the clock. Car is mint, no scratches, new tires very well cared for one owner with a clean car fax. All services done at a toyota dealer. I can buy for 13, 600 dollars. I would like to get opinions from my expert chat buddies. Thanks
It still has approximately 2/3 of it's life left, I'd want to know the final price with all the added fees and documentation fees, they get ridiculous sometimes. Wouldn't hurt to dicker some on the price, but I'd go for that if it was an out the door price, including tax and title.
If it has LED headlights it is a Level V(5) and assuming your stated facts are correct, good deal. Does it have 17" wheels?
"LED" only came on V's that year. HID, or whatever they call them, was I-IV. Still sounds fair priced but negotiate.
My bad guys. Dang I own a 2012 level three I should have known better. The lights are not led. So its definitely a iv. My girl has a 2013 corolla s model with 24, 000 miles loaded with sun roof and navigation. She has been wanting a prius. I may see what kind of deal can be made. She would be sacrificing a lot of miles but gaining a car that has more up side.
Daughter's wishes aside and respectfully speaking as a Dad, I would not trade out a 24,000 mile Corolla so equipped for a used 79,000 mile Level IV Prius for my Son. But that's me and has nothing to do with your situation. If you make this deal, have "all" fluids/filters changed and have the 12 VDC battery changed (it's coming due). That's the Mechanic and Father in me speaking. Additionally, verify all applicable T-SB's and Recalls are complied with as well.
Thannk you sir. Thats a genuine objective post. You are so right. There are more positives to keep her corolla. I had to look long and far to find a s model with navigation. Several have sun roofs but very few with navs. Being a prius owner and this mint one came up I was seriously tempted. Thank for making me see clearly. I love this chat.
