The button on the right in the photo has a symbol of a phone, a small led that blinks and a hash tag of sorts. I have searched the forums and haven't see anything like this (although there are a LOT of forum pages). Doesn't seem to do anything....Any help will be appreciated. The car is used, 2010 Prius III. It was a fleet car so I wonder if that had anything to do with it? I have driven a lot of rental cars and I have never seen anything like that. Here is a shot but I don't think this is aftermarket. Nothing happens here but I think there was a movie about that so ....
My apologies. I am new here and had a bit of trouble (my computer) signing up. Bought the car in VA and it was originally from Massachusetts. I would have guessed bluetooth but the car already has a phone in the steering wheel so aftermarket bluetooth wouldn't make sense. I thought some kind of emergency maybe but couldn't figure out the hash mark thingy.

Is the car new or used? The more I look at this the more I think it might be a Smart Link for your phone.
