Dear Fellow PriusChat Members, Just wanted to provide some very positive feedback for Dianne Whitmire at Carson Toyota. This is my first post and just wanted to thank Dianne for making the purchase of the 2014 PIP very straightforward and painless. After reviewing her post above, I gave her a call and within 10 minutes she had secured the car for me. I flew down from the SF Bay Area this weekend to her dealership in Los Angeles on JetBlue and she was kind enough to pick me up personally from Long Beach Airport. I spent probably a total of 90 minutes at her dealership and was out the door and back on the road for the great drive back up to the Bay Area. I have a phobia of shopping for new cars... guess why I kept my BMW for 10 years and 180K miles... but Dianne made the car buying experience a pleasure. Well worth the trip to Los Angeles to buy the car from her. Looking forward to more posting more about the car but getting 63 MPG combined right now EV/HV. Great car from a great person. She is a great resource as well.
Hello. I am on the east coast and interested in buying a 2014 Toyota Prius Plug in base model. I believe they have a $1000 consumer incentive and that the factory holdback percentage is 2%. Does anyone know if they have any Factory to Dealer Incentives? Without this i am looking at offering $28,900 on a $31,025 msrp. Thoughts?
