My 5k inspection is coming up next month. Since I have added hid and also mod the drl light. Should I put back to original stage before sending my car to the dealer? 1. My simple drl mod basically just will turn on after starting the car.. 2. And the Hid kit has no relay installed. Any suggestion? iPhone ?
Leave it the way it is. There's no reason to be fooling around with the mods. The techs probably won't even notice them.
Most likely they won't really care. But you will come across dealerships that are by the book and suck! If that happens go to another dealership.
The only time it might be an issue is if you're doing a warranty claim, but even then, they have to prove that what you did caused the problem (like they can't say your DRL caused your wheel to fall off).
