I have been reading the forums and learning a lot.......just got back from driving 60 miles round trip in snow and snow plowed hilly roads and it was absolutely no problem!
Snow??? Seriously though - a hiker could have died up on Maunaloa last week - caught in a snowstorm. Luckily he was a very experienced outdoors type and was rescued: Hiker caught in snowstorm rescued from Mauna Loa - Hawaii News Now - KGMB and KHNL
Congratulations, good choice of car. I've had mine for a year now and love it! I also have the c model Four, but mine is a 2012. BTW, I had a 2001 Tacoma Prerunner 2WD a few years ago. It never got over about 18 mpg combined. It is sure great to now be getting almost 3 times better mpg with the Prius c!
Welcome and it will be much more fun then your Tacoma! I look forward to driving my C everyday, never thought i would say that about a Prius. I would think it is to us what the VW bug was to all in the 60's and 70's, it just grows on you.
