Almost a new Prius owner!

    If all goes as planned at the dealer, I will be driving home in a 2014 Prius 5, winter gray, dark gray interior! It's hard to say goodbye to my '07 Acura RDX but the premium gas (turbo engine) and mostly city MPG makes the decision easier. Happy to find these forums and plan to shop a bit here for a bumper cover and maybe some body moldings (I absolutely hate door dings from careless drivers).

    Welcome aboard and enjoy the ride! Hope the transaction goes well for you. It might take a little while to get over the turbo takeoffs but in the end you will likely enjoy the prius. :)

    Hmm...I'd say "Welcome" but...

    The phrase "If all goes as planned at the dealer" worries me.

    All is done, it went very smoothly, new car is parked in my garage. It had 2 miles on it when we left the dealer. :) Love it so far!

    As you probably already know, this is a great place for Prius Information, and actually quite a bit more. Just take anything that I present with a great deal of skepticism attached. - Everyone else is great.
